I have analysed a few camera angles and shots that have been used from Skins series 4. This series has the most recognizable and rememberable characters in it. I found various episodes on youtube.com.

 

This is a shot reverse shot and is widely used between character conversations.

 

Close ups are used to show emotion. In my film, we are using a lot of extreme close ups, to display the protagonists feelings.

 Mid length shot is normally used to see what kind of expression the characters are displaying.

 

This is also a clever way of portraying the character and their backgrounds, yet still keeping the audiences attention by unusual shots.

High angles and camera positing show in more depth the potragonists relationship with other characters and her status. For our film, we will be studying carefully camera positing and we will be filming high angle shots.
